Everyone was friendly and excited, didnt treat it like a chore, expressed interest in my trip and wished me luck, and had me in and out with the exact form I needed in a flash! I later found out many PDs dont carry the special FBi form, just a more basic version, so I was extra impressed that our local PD is top notch, fully trained, and ready to roll! “I rented a storage locker at Eastside Storage for approximately two years. Dave, the manager, went out of his way to accommodate my needs. I worked in Customer Service my entire working life and CS is very important to me. Earlier this year, I had major surgery and as a result of all that was going on, forgot to send rent payment. Dave was super-understanding and didn’t charge me a late fee, which he certainly could of! The locker was clean, dry and probably the nicest one I’ve ever rented. If I ever need one in the future, I will go to Eastside!!!”
