“I had posted a previous review that may not be that appealing. However, Johnson Fitness got back with us immediately and it ended up just being a misunderstanding between both parties. They corrected it immediately and we will be receiving our new treadmill in 3 days. YAY!!! I would like to add that it impressed my wife and I on how this company called immediately and took care of the misunderstanding and made both of us feel this company is worth investing in. We are ALL human and sometimes issue do lay on both sides. At least this one did. Thanks Johnson Fitness & Wellness making it right. That's hard to find now a days.
