“It's got a good inventory of parts. Based on personal history, buying a large project such as floors or windows can be a bit of a nightmare. It's a complicated process and they contract the labor out, so you have to deal with entities other than the store to get project status or resolve issues. Their appliances with installation were comparable in price or less than other store.”

My mother was in desperate need for a denture repair & other places she turned to only threw up obstacles and gave reasons why it couldn't be done before the storm prevented travel. The folks at Verch not only offered to help, they were kind enough to do it in a timely manner. She profusely expressed how much it meant to her to have her mouth & her beautiful smile back. “The store itself is clean, has lots of space, a decent amount of games to choose from, and the largest variety of minis I've seen at a local game store. Employees were extremely nice and helpful despite being busy. Other people in the store were welcoming to people looking to join for games. Their online calendar is accurate a vast majority of the time which is incredibly helpful. The billboard inside lets you see anything that's not on the calendar. Best game store I've been to, especially in terms of welcoming new people.”

“Update: 04/13/2023 The district manager for this facility called me today. He is checking into why there was no lock on my unit and refunded my money for this past month, as well as, also replacing my lock. I am very satisfied with the outcome of this situation. And appreciate the timely consideration of the district manager with this issue. My lock was cut that I PAID $20 for, AND NO WHERE IN THE CONTRACT DOES IT SAY THAT YOU CUT LOCKS!! YOUR COMPANY LEFT MY STORAGE UNIT EXPOSED TO THEFT AND SOMEONE WAS INSIDE MY UNIT BECAUSE THE CUT LOCK WAS LEFT INSIDE THE UNIT!! No other company owned lock was put in its place either! I tried several times to make a payment online but it kept declining my card and I called and spoke to someone about the issue before the lock was ever cut back in March! I moved out of state and therefore was unable to in person make a payment until April 11th. I’m extremely upset about this and will be leaving a negative review online and social media!”

“Wonderful doctor. I couldn't hear out of my right ear. He knew after a hearing test what was wrong. He discussed my options with me and did the surgery a few weeks later. After healing, I can hear out of my right ear and it is wonderful. I had no clue how bad my hearing was until now. I am so overjoyed by all of it. I will be recommending Dr. Dresher to everyone.”
