“My experience with Zack was my first time doing distance reiki. Historically I’ve always had sessions in person and I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. Zack totally worked with my schedule and laid out the expectations right away. The first part of our session was really digging into what I was dealing with, what my intentions were for the session, and I was really happy with how comfortable I felt sharing. I felt completely safe being vulnerable about what I was struggling with and I appreciated that Zack held the space but also gave me insights so we could better target what we wanted to focus on. When he started the reiki portion of our session I was again really impressed with how much I was able to feel/experience. Having never done distance before I was concerned I wouldn’t have as deep of an experience and was quickly proven wrong. It was amazing talking after and discovering that he was in tune with everything I had felt/seen. So much of what came up on his end resonated with me and really helped me find perspective on an area of my healing journey that I’ve been neglecting. In the two weeks since I’ve really appreciated that he’s checked in on me, asked how some of my meditation work is going that he recommended. He really truly cares about my happiness and well being. I’ve met a lot of people in the spiritual/energy world at this point in my life and I say with full confidence that Zack is the real deal. The office set up was very comfortable and had a nice welcoming homey feeling with a couch and chair and warm lighting. Tissues nearby,, water to drink if needed. A water fountain was in the room and she was willing to turn it off for my child to help with his A.D.H. D. She has always been a great listener and comforter to me when I have needed her myself. I've had some of my own issues with being a first responder and also had some life traumas. She has never judged me and has always been truly compassionate.”

“Great staff! I come in every couple weeks and they're always super nice! I'm bad with names, but the tall guy with the glasses is always friendly and engaging in customers. The short girls, one with wavier black hair the other has straighter black hair and I believe had green dyed tips not long ago; they're both very interactive and always willing to help. The girl with the wavier black hair mistakenly sold me the wrong battery some months ago for my box mod, HOWEVER, she fixed it right away the same visit. She understood and apologized for the mistake, which for me was absolutely ok. Mistakes happen, but not everyone out there is willing to accept their own mistake and fix it in retail. A lot will act like it wasn't them before fixing it. So it was just nice to see honesty in this store as well. I appreciate the hard work they put into their shifts. Very professional overall for them and it's always nice to be welcomed in the doors. They're all awesome and I'd encourage a raise. Awesome staff!”
