Have an outdoor soccer field that I also like to run drills on. Basketball courts that always have a pickup game going. Nice rental space for parties and there's a nice child care. Offers complimentary group fitness classes as well.”

They assisted us in renting an apartment, site unseen from 2000 miles away, this was a very impressive, smooth process. Being new here, the events they have held to bring the community together have been awesome! We have met many of our neighbors through these events and really appreciate the extra effort that they put in!!! The maintenance staff is outstanding as well, the few things that I have needed to have looked at, have received an immediate response. The snow clearing I did not expect, what an amazing job! I highly recommend Orchard Village apartments, the entire staff is very welcoming and a tentative!!!”

“Initial sales contact was very good, but Rapids supplied us with 2 faulty hood/fan systems which they sourced through a sub, delaying the opening of our restaurant. We finally had to make our own modifications to get the system to work. The sub admitted the mistake and promised to reimburse us for a portion of the costs we incurred making the system useable. Although we initially received assurances that payment was coming "any day", to date, 5 months later, we have not received. Rapids and their sub both shirked their responsibility. We will not do business with this organization again. UPDATE: My issue was resolved and reimbursement was received.”
