I enjoy my free Coffee from my coffee membership and a bagel here and there so it's perfectly acceptable and affordable for me. The staff members know me as a regular, and the vibe here is very positive. They've always been friendly. This specific store has always been a fun place to come back to. Note on the recent reviews with the negative customer service. I always show up in the morning time. So I can speak for the morning / early lunch crew. Dinner crew I have no idea 🤷🏽.”

She picked up $2 each and 4 avocados cost $8. Did not see this until looking at receipt in the car at the store so walked back in to customer service, not 1 minute later and told the man and he said since I left the store, NO RETURNS PER CDC as I contaminated them. They were still in the bag! RUDE and using the CDC at their convenience. I WILL DRIVE THE EXTRA MILE TO HYVEE!!! UPDATE 6/25/2020 - I am updating review as the manager at Price Chopper called to express is concern and regrets for the improper way my situation was handled and is going to speak with his team on proper way to handle situations like this. He was very cordial and sincere and was going to make things right. He also agreed that the way they had items displayed was misleading and having proceed separate the different price avocados. He understood my frustration over this and I believe he is going to address his team on handling issues such as this in a more professional way. Therefore I am changing my star rating to a 4 because of his professionalism.”

“Covid19 isolation review: Absolutely shocked at my experience today. I've been to this store numerous times, but now that everything is different with isolation i was worried about my trip today. This Price Chopper was not only well staffed and well stocked, they have taken many isolation precautions, from signage to shields to wipes to making sure there aren't too many shoppers at once.
