“The other day I needed assistance with an issue for my 89 year old father. The request required the staff to deviate slightly from protocol, but rather than throw their hands up and say no, a staff member (can't remember her name but blond woman) stood up and said she'd try and help. She went to the manager, they took the time to do some extra security checks to protect my father but still take care of his banking needs. As well, they advised me on some issues that will help my dad. The kindness the staff showed in several ways was very commendable and if I lived in town I would have shifted my money to them. Heaven Scent has hired a great team to come in and work with the behavioral consumers. Building great relationships with them. Reassuring that they are in great hands. I've known so many of the other workers but so many have had families n left or moved on to another job etc. Tanya has been there as long as I can remember too. I also love the security guard that's there. I don't remember his name unfortunately. He always has a smile on his face n always asks about how I'm doing n great to see me. Tanya remembers my kids n asks about them too. When I go here it's like walking into a family members house. Very welcoming n WONDERFUL!!!
