“This has to be the BEST Financial institution i've ever belonged too in my entire life. Since the first day i walked in there and was welcomed by Rachel as if i've been a member there for years. She took the time to explain everything about the accounts, what would suit me best and how it could help me in the long run. About 3 months later I had spoke with a financial adviser named Mackenzie which amazingly enough she brought it to my attention that i can refinance my vehicle and literally helped me save $243 a month with a shorter lease term. 2 months after that i was approved for a high limit low interest credit card(my first credit card) when my last credit union wouldn't even blink an eye at me. “Platte Valley Bank is a small bank that still treats you like a customer and not an account. I left behind an important piece of paper and went back two weeks later and they kept it because they could tell looking at it that it was important. Only drawback is that because they are small you are charged fees out the wazoo unless you follow all the rules. ”
