“Royal complete auto care took very good care of me. I came in with sort of an emergency situation with my brakes, rotors, brake line, and something else I can't remember the name of it. The owner and mechanics were very knowledgeable and immediately helped me understand what I was dealing with. I thought I would have to leave my car overnight since I showed up in the middle of the day without an appointment but it was done by the end of the work day. And might I add it was done very well. I can tell my car was taken good care of. I meant to write this review weeks ago but I wasn't feeling well. In that time frame, I still had to drive my child back and forth though, so after 2 weeks I can say that I've had absolutely no issues with the work that was done and I'm quite impressed by the service & the price was very reasonable! I will be bringing my car here for all further work!”

“Have a transmission issue? Don't even look around, just go straight to Transmissions by Jeff. Super honest. My 2001 Maxima had a check engine light, the code said transmission. Jeff could have easily charged me for a transmission repair, but he said the trans checked out fine. He said it could just be a minor wiring issue somewhere, and the car is driveable as is, come pick it up. No charge, not even to diagnose the problem. I'm a customer for life. Thanks Jeff!”

“I had been going to a "nation-wide auto repair chain" and thought I was happy there. But then I moved, got a different vehicle, and thought I'd give Benchmark a try based on a family recommendation. I had to get oil change, and safety/emissions stuff to get plates, but the check engine light was on so I had them look at it too. I knew the other services wouldn't be much and therefore he couldn't be making much, and in a world of shady people, the check engine light could have been any problem and cost any amount of money. Eric came out and told me it was just a loose wire and he fixed it no charge. I found skill, professionalism, timeliness, care for the customer, and INTEGRITY! I told him then and there I had found a new and forever mechanic. Give them a chance and you will too. My dad always said "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". I respect Eric and Ed being affordable straight-shooters.”
