“This may be hard to believe but kids riding dirt bikes is a low priority call and while you are mad at 911 they have a job to do too. They have to try and sort out what is an emergency and what is not. They do a great job under pressure with multiple calls coming in at once. I would suggest you go see what they do before you make such a harsh judgment. It is not anyone that can do a job like this it takes a very special well trained person to answer calls for service.
