“Danielle was great! She read MRI report, reviewed questionnaire and had an in depth discussion with me prior to starting therapy to ensure we were aligned on history, issues and goals. Week in and week out we’ve established and worked toward attaining those goals both in the facility and as homework. Sessions and homework were progressively challenging without being unrealistic. My ultimate goal was to return to full yoga practice which has been achieved. The ARC facility was light and bright (and was being expanded) during my rehab and the other staff was friendly and welcoming as well.
