Thursday, 3:30PM contacted Deana at Taylor's concerning a underground leak. 4:45PM Nate personally calls to determine exactly what I need and verifying the water was off at the meter. Friday 11:30AM Jason arrives to repair the water line. By 1:00 the leak is fixed and I have water flowing to the house. “Century is responsive, professional, honest and a great value. Long story short, I tried to use Bob Hamilton to handle an urgent plumbing need because I didn't think I could get another plumber out the same day. Bob Hamilton performed a simple cartridge replacement where I provided the parts for $389 (and that was after I used a $50 coupon and signed up for some bogus monthly service arrangement that I now have to mess around with canceling). Bob Hamilton gave me quotes for other services that needed to be performed, as well. We called Century to get another estimate on those services. They came out 30 minutes later and performed the needed additional services for way less money ($225 versus $705). The service person was very friendly, and overall I would highly recommend this company.”
