The 2 Jakob brothers came, diagnosed the problems, and installed a new faucet, drain, and pipes.They explained what they were doing, did a beautiful job and thoroughly cleaned up the area they were working in. They were very professional as well. I told one of the brothers that I liked the caulking job he did around the pedestal sink and not only did he show me how to caulk, but he left the rest of the caulking tube with me so I could practice caulking for our shower. Already had everything apart and exposed, with the downside of having to work the next several days, so I called around looking for same day service. Never easy obviously... Everyone else: "Earliest will be in a few days." Beis: "The guy is heading your way in 5 minutes." Johnny came out to do the job. Guy was super friendly and polite, answered any questions and did a fantastic job on the install. Even offered tips for any future jobs. Prices were a bit high, but Johnny worked out a good deal for me. The customer service is fantastic from Beis it appears. Felt like they are committed. From the phone call with the receptionist to my experience with Johnny. Which, unless you've been under a rock the past two years, is darn near impossible to find nowadays.”
