“We have used Tope for years to clean our sewer line due to tree root issues. They are always professional and minimally invasive. In 2020 we had a different sewer issue that occurred on a Sunday that we had to have an emergency technician from another company come and handle. While addressing the issue they told us they could not fix it and that we would need to excavate part of our basement and replace an entire line in order to fix the problem. We had Tope come out shortly after to get a second opinion. Not only did they take care of the problem for a fraction of what was suggested to us, they explained and showed why it happened so we can proactively address it on our end rather than continue to bleed money into it. I highly recommend their services.”

“I loved living here, the apartments are super nice. Maintenance and management were always on top of everything. The pool is beautiful, easy system to pick up packages outside of office hours, 24 hour gym. The hard wood floors are so pretty! Washer and dryer in unit. HUGE bathroom and walk in closets. Windows are big and let’s do much natural lighting in here. The dog park is super convenient too. The only thing is that if you’re a smoker, you can’t smoke on your balcony. Other than that, awesome place to live. I’ve had no issues.”
