They are very professional and entire lot is well lit a/security cameras. My Dad has a unit in their other lot just a few blocks away which has a gate with entry pin required for access. When Covid-19 hit ALL OF US, I have to admit I got quite a bit behind but I stayed in contact with Megan and her office girls... She told me she did not want to put my stuff to auction or sell it... She worked out a payment plan with me because I was finally working and when I got my stimulus check I just paid it all up and three months in advance. I could have lost everything I owned and my only chance at furnishing the new house for me and my kids when I got back on my feet...Thank you, Meghan!! I'll never forget that!!

the people who own and work here are REALLY GREAT- take my bank card # over the phone to pay my monthly bill too! fence around storage helps keep people away and out from my storage space too
