“Now I know why this fine company has been a Fremont Nebraska icon for so many years ! I recently started selling items on ebay to supplement my income due to a bad back and having trouble holding down a job that requires a fair amount of physical labor. I came across an old victorian late 19th century steamer trunk and sold it on ebay , when it sold I started hunting around for a box I could ship it in and soon figured out that I was going to need a custom box to do this the right way and Jay hawk boxes was the first thing that illuminated the light bulb in my head .I live 35 miles north in West Point and figured since I have to take it to Fremont to ship via UPS I took confidence and comfort in the obvious choice .The receptionist was courteous and informative, and put me on the phone with Chris who is in charge of their custom team , I gave Chris the dimensions of the box I needed and 90 minutes later it was waiting for me upon arrival .To my satisfaction the box fit my trunk like a glove ! They didn't treat me any different from the big companies with commercial accounts.I was 100% across the board pleased with my interaction with Jay hawk boxes from start to finish .
