The absolute BEST pet docs in the business! Our senior doberman has been experiencing extreme anxiety and Dr. Sam worked with us to find the correct medication. We called in to ask a few questions around side effects we noticed and Dr. Sam was out (on a much-deserved day off!). Dr. Matt reached out after hours (I'm sure they had just experienced a VERY busy day) and took the time to answer our questions and give us guidance. His bedside manner and sense of humor put us at ease and saved us an unnecessary office visit. A HUGE THANK YOU to both Drs Sam and Matt! I can't recommend this veterinary clinic more, they're the absolute best!

There aren't enough kind words in the English language for Dr. Sam and the staff at this clinic. We take our 2 current fur-babies to the Elkhorn location and also took our Boston Terrier who passed in July to her as well.

Dr. Sam is always so amazing with our dogs. Our Husky mix can get very nervous and Dr. Sam is so understanding and patient with us and with him. Our other Boston Terrier mix is such a lover and Dr. Sam will get right on the floor with him and interact while we're talking. You can really sense how genuine and sincere Dr. Sam is about the health and happiness of your pets. She's so attentive and present to your concerns and truly listens to you when you ask questions.

The tech staff and receptionist at this location are also amazing as well. There is often laughter in the clinic and everyone is usually smiling and remembers the fur-babies by name. When the techs come to do vaccinations they're able to get our boys done so quickly and calmly. They make the visits practically painless. You can tell how experienced they all are. I highly recommend this clinic.

On a personal note, after losing our baby Boston tragically and unexpectedly in July, my husband and I have been hypervigilant about our dogs. We've had some worry with our Husky mix and the staff at both Elkhorn AND the Millard West clinics were absolutely amazing to us. He was not acting himself and when we reached out via telephone, they communicated between clinics to reach Dr. Sam, letting us know that she was in surgery and that they would have her call us when she was free. Dr. Sam, Chelsea and Megan were all completely understanding and reassuring. You could tell that they really wished for our boy to be ok but also that they wanted to help me feel secure as well. He ended up needing a medication adjustment, but when you can hear how much the staff cares in their voices when they talk to you, that is invaluable and unbelievably appreciated. I'm grateful to be able to take my fur-babies to a clinic like this.

Dr. Sam is amazing! I have two large dogs who don’t like the vet, but Dr. Sam's calm demeanor definitely puts them at ease. One of my dobies has seen Dr. Sam a few times over the last year and has always been well taken care of. We used to go to Goodrich Vet and the service there was absolutely terrible. Thankfully we found this place and on the first visit Dr. Sam was able to help us solve an ongoing issue that we thought was a lost cause. It was such a relief since the other place we used to go to bled us dry and never solved anything even though we had multiple visits there. I would recommend this location to anyone, Dr. Sam is a sweetheart who truly loves animals. The rest of the staff is also great, the people at the front desk are always warm, polite, and seem to enjoy what they do. I know you guys get crazy busy sometimes but I’m so glad you’ve managed to keep it together and have always seen us in a timely manner. Me and the dogs thank you!

Dr. Sam is wonderful. She really cares about your fur babies and shows compassion, she's gentle, and will answer all your questions. Won't take my dog anywhere else!

While on a family vacation we received a call from our dogsitter regarding our 13yr old mini-schnauzer. He was not doing well and around 5:10pm the dog sitter called the vet with our urgent need. They close at 5:30pm, but without hesitation they were ready to help in our time of critical need.

They discovered a ruptured tumor in the belly. Sadly we never noticed any physical changes or behavior changes other than age related.

Dr. Sam, Dr. Matt and the staff were honest and compassionate. We lost our family member, but we were comforted by the thought of their care for our Oz while we were in another country.

Upon our return they went above and beyond to support us and demonstrated their huge hearts!

This is the best care we could hope for and if you are reading this I highly recommend them for the quality of care, compassion, and kindness! What more could anyone ask for?

We switched to this vet, Dr. Matt in mid 2018. So glad that we did! The staff is great! I absolutely love them!!!
