My husband and I have been in the market to purchase a new vehicle. We visited infinity of Omaha and met Cindy Kroll. We were so impressed by her professionalism and follow up and how she handled our questions and request. Unfortunately, we were unable to give her our business because the vehicle was not the best for our family needs. However, she made such an impression on us that we will absolutely refer her to any of our friends and family who are in the market to purchase a vehicle that she has that works for them.

I found the most gorgeous, well kept 2013 G37x at Infiniti of Omaha. It was a 1-owner who purchased the vehicle new and traded it in for a newer year. All service work was done at the dealership, so I have all the maintenance records. I was so lucky to have found the vehicle. Service, communication, and delivery were excellent. Very professional. By far the best experience I have had at a dealership and I have years of experience. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly even if you are just looking. We had been looking at online used cars and clicked on a car to indicate that we were interested. Within the hour the online associate, Cindy, called me and reassured me she was a real person, in Omaha at the dealership. She asked how she could help and didn't pressure us but gave her contact information.
We set up an appointment for the weekend and Cindy had our vehicle of interest out front waiting for us to look at. She didn't apply any pressure and encouraged us to look at and test drive the vehicle.
Upon returning from the test drive she quickly got her manager to come talk with us when we were ready to talk finances. Kevin was as professional, courteous and friendly as Cindy.
We waited a week to decide whether or not to buy and no pressure was received. Once we were ready, they picked up right where we left off and made it a quick and convenient process.
We finalized on the weekend and we're introduced to the service department and finalized any additional warranty we wanted. AJ finalized the financing and was knowledgeable and personable.
I would highly recommend Infiniti of Omaha and look forward to years of business with them bearing in mind we bought a used Hyundai they had on the lot but still treated us as if we bought a custom ordered new vehicle.
