There are non smoking AND no pets allowed in some complexes. There are washers and dryers in the apartments, which were my #1 preferences, and I found this place with a scenic view. I feel safe leaving early in the morning or coming home llate at night. Whenever there is an issue, maintenance is there within 24 hours to resolve the issue. Very good on noise control. I am new to this apartment complex this year… it is an awesome place to live. I have a disability and it is a fantastic place to live & it makes me forget about the struggles I have. It’s Very well cared for & my apartment is great! I lived here a few years ago and it hasq only gotten better! Everyone is so friendly and staff is super friendly. I hope our crazy world don’t cause rent to increase anymore, so I can stay here a long time!

I've been very happy in this apartment for 2-1/2 years. It fits me and my interests. It is also well-equipped, appliances all work well, I am comfortable and it is quiet. I have good neighbors. I plan to stay here as long as possible.
