I listed my house right as the Covid-19 pandemic hit. I thought I would be hanging on to my house for a long while since it seemed at first that no one was out looking during the Covid-19 virus. I was also informed that due to the virus that no one was doing open houses either, so I thought my timing was horrible!
They told me up front about how long it would take to sell my house. and this was before everyone started staying home. They were right, the house sold in that time period and for a great price!

One that did an estate sale, others that did some needed work on the house that I was selling. All of these turned out to be great recommendations and very reasonable quotes for the work.
