They helped us put in two bathrooms in our house and they made it a fair and not stressful process. The estimate was reasonable and the communication is what won me over. Big Birge installed a tank-less water heater for me 6 months ago. It was worth every penny! Would recommend it to everyone that is looking never to take a cold shower again or have a deep soaking tub. Best investment I made in a long time!! This company responded quickly to my request of a bid and was very professional throughout the entire installation process. They talked with me about all the pros and cons and then coached me on the use and service of the new equipment. They have also done some work for me on a bathroom renovation. I have found my plumber for life.
