Rocket Carwash

I usually use rocket car wash with no issues, after a wash I noticed some scratched and asked an employee if it could have been from the wash in which I was directed to a manager. The manager that helped me took a look at the damage as well as camera footage and we were able to see at least part of the scratch was there previously. I appreciate the professionalism and making sure I got taken care of. Definitely deserves to be recognized, didn’t get his name but he has the Taco!

I’m not sure why there are less than 5 star reviews on here or why/how people have issues with it. This car wash is AMAZING! My husband and I both have a membership and have been using it for months! We love that we have unlimited washes. Our vehicles are always looking brand new and clean inside and out (free legit vacs included). We have been to multiple different car washes in Omaha previous to this one opening and Rocket car wash is definitely the best we’ve experienced! And to top it off, the staff is always so nice and energetic!
