Its not a bad place at all, on the customer service end and unbiasedly speaking. Overall staff as a whole is pretty proactive via phone and in person. Considering how busy it is, I feel like they push the good attitude to its threshold on a daily basis having experiences at all times of the day. I have to call a lot, and I don't end up having to sit on the phone waiting forever. I gotta do it every month and in comparison to the only thing related being my health care provider, so much smoother than having to talk and get answers from them on their end. Anyways, I'm not entitled to or seeking an out of this world experience when I arrive monthly, I just know that over the years its always been consistent and enough to be content with.
Cons: I overlook this a lot and partially responsible for it happening. I get confirmation via text, that my prescription is ready in the mornings sometimes. The whole pharmacy will go on lunch break, and close shop for a bit between [12pm-2pm]. (Pretty confident its lunch break, I never intended to resurface this.) It's definitely not a full duration of [12-2], but I do understand it's in between that time frame. I have no experience with curbside pickup, not sure if this could be a potential alternative during lunch, but plan on trying it eventually if I feel inclined.
Pros: Longterm Employees, can remember faces, Good energy based on busy work environment, snappy fast responses and phone call experiences. Consistent, applying to all staff I've engaged with. Exclusive from Walmart itself, The nook inside the walmart they work in suites me and my vague knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. 👍
