I appreciate Bryson coming out. However, the quote was beyond the price point I was considering to drill through a cinder block, extend the water line 10 ft, then hook it to my garage refrigerator. I did pay the $60 trip fee. Thank you.

Dalton was thorough in his assessment of the heating fix job. He gave me information about my heating system that the first two technicians did not. There were 2 other technicians from other companies in my building before him that never mentioned that my ducts were made of asbestos. This is important information to me as I have been diagnosed with cancer from exposure to asbestos. Dalton also took my system apart and actually showed me what needed to be replaced and why. I was given 3 different pricing estimates and different financing options. The level of expertise between Dalton and the 1st two technicians from other companies are separated by light years. I feel blessed to have met Dalton and look forward to working with him and his company in the future.
