Got the chance to speak with Rick S. about potentially working with Beta Homes. He was responsive and transparent, and because he was so honest and open, I actually determined Beta Homes actually wasn't the best fit for us in this instance, which is why I'm leaving 5 stars: He wasn't pushy, he was just honest about their process, assessed my family's needs with our property, and let us make a decision on our own. He knew I was just exploring my options, and he let me know my options if I went through Beta Homes, asked good questions, and left me with a referral for a good realtor if that was the route we wanted to take. If I find myself needing to sell another property in the area again, Rick would be my first call!

Beta bailed us out from a bad deal with Rocket home buyers. Beta gave us an actual fair offer on the house, nothing ridiculously high and what took Rocket 2 months of paperwork and requirements, Beta got it done in less than a week. We were able to keep the house from going up for auction to out-of-state investors. Start with Beta, end with Beta. Support your local small business!
