This appointment was not previously scheduled, I had an issue that I felt needed immediate attention. I was scheduled in within the hour and Dr. Jackson was fantastic. She was informative and thorough. I would highly recommend her.

This was my first time seeing her and she was very welcoming and fun. I can’t say a lot of dr visits are fun but she calmed my nerves and spoke to me about what was going on in a manner that didn’t make me feel like she was talking down to me but that she really just wanted me to understand what was going on. I do believe I have found my permanent eye dr.

So glad I was able to get in for appointment same day for emergency eye problem. Dr Jackson was very kind and understanding, and took very good care of me! I am really happy with Midwest Eye Care and will go there from now on for all my eye care needs!

Very friendly doctor. Accurate diagnosis with speedy recovery for me. Was especially gracious and accommodating to fit this out of town visitor in when he injured his eye.

Dr Jackson is one of my favorite doctors. She saved my vision in my right eye, finding I had high pressure from glaucoma when I was 24 during a routine eye exam. She was so calm and kind when I was freaking out about having to go see a specialist urgently that same day. I got to see Dr Jackson yesterday (10 years after that initial appointment) and she’s still just as kind and attentive as she was the day my vision was saved. Dr Jackson is great! Go see her if you’re in search of an Optometrist!!
