I chose to sign the lease after I got to view the actual unit just in case I didn’t like it, but the actual unit was much prettier than the model unit they showed me. The kitchen could use major updating, but all in all it’s a nice, clean, comfortable place for me to call home. I think my only complaint is that there’s not a lot of parking so if you get home late, expect to walk a good distance to the door! Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to live at The Biltmore after the stress of apartment touring. Thank you to all the staff & neighbors that have helped me out!! :)”
