“Amazing surgeon and facility. Surgeon and check in staff and very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The PA I had (Gene I believe) was hard to talk to sometimes, he seemed to have an ego instead of listening to my concerns. I personally don’t trust him with my care and had him removed from my care moving forward due to interactions with him I had on multiple occasions (for example, he caused unnecessary pain by putting “pressure therapy” over my hardware screws in my shin, telling me it will feel better later; it got much worse and hurt more than before following that despite me asking him to stop due to pain. He has a larger need to be right than to help with an issue). Thomas Connolly however is very attentive and helpful. The office was kind and supportive with removing the PA from my plan of care, and understanding that it wasn’t a good fit for my situation. I will have issues with my knees for life due to “factory defects” as I like to call it, but he gave me the smoothest experiences of the 5 knee surgeries I’ve had so far with 3 different surgeons. Highly recommend!!”
