“This particular branch seems to routinely have better customer service than any other branch. They dont treat you like a number here and they genuinely value your business. I work with Zach Lynch regularly here and have never had a problem. You can tell the way he conducts business and how he treats me that he genuinely cares about the people he helps and this is what keeps me and my company at bank of the west. “Amazingly cool place to bring your dogs. So much room to run, an agility course, and a nice small dog side for the little guys. Only big problem is the lack of trash cans around the perimeter. Which means you have to carry your dog's poop all the way to the entrance to toss it. Pretty gross. There's probably a reason they took them out but I've heard a lot of other patrons complaining about it too.”
