Mark was very professional, communicative, and overall very pleasant. He was detail oriented and made sure to get all of our problem areas without any direction from me. Overall great experience, so happy we went with midwest pest. I should mention we had them out to treat our exterior for ants and box elder bugs.

Christian did an excellent job, he addressed all my concerns and answered all of my questions. He installed all the bait stations as I requested and sprayed the house both inside and out. As we get into the colder months i would like to put down more bait stations for mice if possible. Very pleased with the service.

Matt was great. He had done my first extermination visit as well so felt very comfortable having him in my home. He was friendly but also very professional and efficient in his processes. If all your technicians are anything like Matt, I will be a long-time customer!! Thank you!

Gabe and Isaac did a great job tackling my hornet nests underground. Hopefully this takes care of them... I don't need to get stung again! Extremely friendly and professional. Also wanted to mention that when I submitted my issue through the website, I almost immediately got a call from Ken whose excitement about dealing with the situation and great attitude sealed the deal for me to work with them. I also signed up for a 12 month contract covering most other insects and rodents.
