The owner and at least one employee that I've interacted with both seemed very knowledgeable. They were helpful, friendly and not pushy at all. Prices are competitive for D8, D9, D11, THC-A. They have carts, flower (I haven't tried this yet), edibles, wax, shatter, disposable vape pens and I'm sure a bunch of other stuff lol

The owner stands by products. I had a 2g cart, that I purchased here about 2 weeks ago, stop working and he replaced it without hassle.

There’s a lot of glass / Kratom shops in Omaha. However, Mystic is owned and operated by a very upstanding guy. They always have sales and they’re product seem to be very effective for chronic pain relief. Whatever your needs are, I’d be willing to be they have something for it. Staff has always been very pleasant to talk to and Knowledgable of their products. Huge variety. Good location. Take a look and see for yourself

I have been a somewhat, regular customer of Mystic Moods for the better part of a year and a half now and it’s kind of a go-to place for me, especially given it’s location. It has a great selection in glass and many more products at a fair price. For the most part, when I have stopped into Mystic and now the new M&M Dispensary, I have received great customer service. The staff has usually been very helpful with answering my questions about certain products or concerns if I am trying a new product out.
However, I recently went into Mystic to purchase a couple bowls and one the employees came out of the restroom, asked what I was looking for, he got the bowls out from the display case and then seemed to be distracted and he literally turned his back to me. I was kind of stunned because it almost seemed negligent to leave any unpaid product unattended with any customer. I made my purchase and left quickly. There have also been a couple of times when he did talk, he would talk about weird things that were going on with him. It’s not quite the experience I’m looking for as a customer. I will continue to shop at Mystic and M&M and still highly recommend, but opt to come in when he is not on duty and felt it was best to make management aware.

Best cbd products in omaha hands down. Variety an flavors are on point. I recommend the cbd syrup. Also the workers there are really nice.
