As a parent in the medical field, it's much different when the patient is your child. Everything you know and have learned immediately dissipates. Dr. Coutts is professional, knowledgeable, and has excellent bedside manner. When it comes to your children, it's important you can find someone that can connect with them, but also be able to explain and teach the parent the diagnosis and plan.
