Hilton Omaha

Had a really nice stay there a few weeks back. Dunn, at the Front Desk, was exceptional - very friendly, helpful and guest-focused! Hotel was clean and staff was attentive. Thank you!

Nice hotel. Front desk staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Bar staff less so. Room was comfortable, even felt a bit luxurious.
Probably not the hotel's fault, but there was a girls volleyball tournament going on while I was there. It was very uncomfortable and inappropriate during these COVID times. Hundreds of young girls running around, masks around their necks, filling elevators.
But, overall, a very nice experience. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent place to stay, friendly staff and clean hotel in a great location. Ramon drove us to the airport using the shuttle, walked through the lobby to make sure he didn’t leave anyone behind and was extremely friendly throughout the entire experience. Happy they have this service and such great employees providing it!

Amazing service, delicious food (I ate the bourbon burger and onion rings every night!) High pressure hot shower (walk-in shower is the best). Very good in room heating and soft bed, pillow and sheets. Super affordable and close to downtown. I’m glad I picked this hotel to stay for my first visit to Omaha.

Nice hotel to chill and listen to music and have a drink. The room was decent but needed a little tlc. There was dust all around the room and in the bathroom. Otherwise the staff was nice.
