(July 29, 2019, 11:16 am)The cashiers are always friendly, the store is very clean. The employees always greet you. Over all, they give you a fantastic customer experience. One of the best Buckys I’ve been to and will continue to come back.
(July 26, 2019, 1:28 pm)When I pulled into the lot I got some gas and went in to grab a drink and use the restroom. When i got done with gas and went to the restroom it caught my attention that it smelled great, clean floors, sink cleaned out it was just like being at home sitting on my own toilet, the floor in the store was swept and clean, counters wiped down, dried I where cold you could smell the fresh hotdogs. The staff where smiling and greeted me and had casual conversation with me they're clothes where clean, shirts tucked in, nice polite and respectful like no other gas station experience I've ever had I definitely recommend checking this place out excellent service from all the staff and managers keep up the great work.
(July 26, 2019, 12:05 pm)This is THE best Bucky's location in Omaha hands down! BEST staff and customer service around! The store is always clean and it is always a well-stocked and that the employees are always so kind and always remember little details about who you are as a frequent this location often. My kid loves coming in here to grab a snack and a drink and the working environment seems to be very friendly and I’ve come there all hours of the night and day and it’s a very consistent experience! It was very disheartening to see people who are better or upset having their friends leave false and in accurate reviews. It’s very unprofessional of a just a recent disgruntled employee leaving false remarks and slandering employees because they are angry. I will not stop coming to this location and will continue to support them so they know how awesome they are. Keep up the good work everybody.
