I have used Titanium HVAC several times for my rental properties. They are great with scheduling with our tenants. They always are fair when recommendations are needed for repair. They even have provided our tenants direction about changing furnace filters and tips for cleaning the unit outside. Very helpful and priced fair. We will continue to use Titanium and highly recommended.

I had a rep at my place within 20 minutes of calling. Jake took his time to get measurements to offer me a detailed quote for my AC replacement. They use high-quality equipment and appear to not cut-corners...but yet the price was still better than a bid I got from a larger place in town that uses equipment that doesn't get as good reviews for quality and longevity. I highly recommend.
