Sometimes prices could be better but i understand the cost of having a brick and mortar facility isn't cheap. The employee that has a different color of hair every few weeks has always been super nice and helpful. Me and my Wife love his personality and has helped me when others have not. The manager responded immediately when i initially had a problem with quality control issue with a product i get weekly. The issue was solved promptly when the problem was brought to the right employees/managers attention. Thanks”

“My experience has been a complete 180 than what it was with Home Depot. Long story short, I went to Home Depot, demanded my money back and hopped across the street to see Angel. I had just spent four months trying to buy an entry door. I came to Angel with what I wanted. He was able to mock it up and give me an estimate in minutes (HD took about an hour mucking around on their software). We worked back and forth on details and I made the purchase. A few weeks later the door came in (on time - HD was 2 weeks late). He called me, let me know it was in and we worked on scheduling an install. They ended up coming that weekend to install (HD was a month out for installs). The installer, Michael, was wonderful. He was very detailed and they were there much later than expected (everything in this house was done wrong). I couldn't be happier with my entry door and the process. This is what buying local and the customer experience is all about. Thanks guys! I can't recommend y'all enough.”
