“Caterpillar Vapes has been a solid place to go to get the products i love with a massive selection. Sometimes prices could be better but i understand the cost of having a brick and mortar facility isn't cheap. The employee that has a different color of hair every few weeks has always been super nice and helpful. Me and my Wife love his personality and has helped me when others have not. The manager responded immediately when i initially had a problem with quality control issue with a product i get weekly. The issue was solved promptly when the problem was brought to the right employees/managers attention. Thanks”

Fifi has done my boys' hair for years and when my daughter decided she wanted her haircut Fifi did it. The way she kept going on and on about how she couldn't believe we were finally cutting it was like she was family too. “IMPRESSED! I had a backup in my main drain line and apparently, the line had several "offsets" and the clog was beyond camera view due to one. Tyler and his partner worked blindly on my line for over 2.5 hours and were able to break down the clog and open my line to the street. This was the second time in 6 months this had happened to me. The first company I called out did not clear the line completely, causing this second backup. KUDOS to Tyler for his persistence and professionalism. Grunwald will be my first call from now on!!”
