I brought a vehicle in before purchasing it so it can be looked over and I would know any problem on the vehicle. It was looked over 100% and I got told what was wrong from the biggest problem to the smallest scratch, I ended up getting a good price quote and he let me know what needed fixed first and what can wait. I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle in whether u are thinking about purchasing, your vehicle might have a problem, or even if you just need regular maintenance done.

Very professional services and reasonable pricing

My husband’s truck needed to go in so I made an appointment with Northwest Auto. The next day the truck wouldn’t start so I called to let them know it would be late getting there. Chris drove to the location where the truck was to try and get it started. As a business owner myself, I truly appreciate him going out of his way to help me. We will use Northwest for our personal and business vehicles from here on out.

Fastest oil change I've ever had!!! Super clean shop, and Chris even accommodated for my 2yr old. Very nice experience over all. Will definitely go back
