Heather is great especially when she cuts my sons hair, he is autistic and she takes the time to tell him everything she is going to and when she is going to use the buzz clippers so he is not surprised by anything and knows what to expect to happen. She listens to what people want and if something isn't quit right she will figure out to make it right.
