I was visiting family in Omaha, signed up for a few classes at DynamiX, and wow! I can't say enough about this place. It has a cozy, intimate charm with padded floors, decorative ceiling lights, pictures on the walls, and bathrooms like I've never seen in a health club before. In the ladies' room (which is immaculate) there is a basket filled with amenities like creams, deodorant, a hair dryer, and anything else you might suddenly discover you need. And I loved the pictures of Marilyn Monroe! I took BODY FLOW, BODY PUMP, BARRE and STRENGTH, and every single instructor was fit, professional, and very, very good! Needless to say, I came away a bit sore but in a good way. This is a place where instructors and students chat with one another before and after class. I was an outsider but I was drawn into the conversation and immediately felt welcome and at home. I would definitely recommend DynamiX to anyone who is serious about fitness and enjoys working out with others. It is very reasonably priced, too.

I love this studio! As a personal trainer of 20+ years, I love to experience a place that cares about class format, cleanliness and treating their customers right! I was able to teach there for awhile and really enjoyed it... highly recommend! Affordable, flexible and CHILDCARE!!
