Thank you so much to Kirsten who has been a great help all week as we were shopping around for storage. She has provided great service and answered all our questions consistently. She found us a great deal for our needs, and she could explain the contract in great detail as we asked questions.

Kristen and Jen were amazing with unit rental! They helped me and a friend find the exact right unit, and even assisted in an upgrade in size because of our situation! They were pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and great to work with! Kudos to Kristen to listening to all my needs, and accommodating them! Jen was great with the final touches and making the rental easy for me!!!

Renting out storage units before, this is by far the best experience I've had with storing things. Both Dakoda and Kirsten are fantastic to work with and always willing to ensure my needs were met. Gate access is always available when I need it and unit was clean and well maintained. Definitely would recommend this team and facility for all your storage needs.

Kirsten was AMAZING! She needs to be being paid to dollar, joy to talk to and was very professional. Great customer service is making us feel like our stuff was going to be well taken care of. ☺️

Kirsten the manager was amazing to work with. She hooked us up with a super clean unit and made sure we were able to access the gate app prior to leaving. We were able to take advantage of an amazing deal for move in and she was available for all of our questions. Very responsive. She showed us directly to our unit. She was so personable and told us stories about the area. She made us at ease while moving into the city.
