You can make an appointment and get in and out in 20 minutes. No, I don't think they are the cheapest in town, but they also don't do annoying and unnecessary upsells. We had one of our older cars break down on the side of the road. We knew exactly who to call. They had a truck out to us within half an hour. They got to our car as soon as they could, gave us the diagnosis. It needed a new clutch, but had close to 100,000 miles and was over 10 years old. Was it really worth fixing? They knew we would ask this and were prepared with the answer.
