  I feel so fortunate that this clinic is in network with my insurance and they were able to see me the next day for a urology issue. I wish I would have went sooner! If I would have went with who my primary Dr scheduled me with, I'd still be waiting! (2 month wait) Instead, I was seen the following day and had a CT and Cystoscopy less than 2 weeks later. All in the same location! Best of all, I was feeling better a week later!
  Everyone was nice, of course some are kinder than others, like anywhere.
  This office is very structured and efficient.
  I would feel comfortable sending any family member here.
  -After reading reviews, I do want to say, I don't know a single Dr or Surgeon who would schedule testing without meeting a patient first.
  -Also, the cost to see the Urologist? The exact same as seeing my primary Dr. I'm talking the 10 minute appointment charge both offices bill my insurance. Honestly, I have to pay out of pocket due to a high deductible, but the Dr visit, CT and Cystoscopy, were all less than one CT scan from CHI.
  -The pre op area in their surgery center is curtain walls. It's just like in a post op area of a hospital. The curtains are hooked closed while you remove your pants and put on a gown. I didn't think anything about this, as it's common in hospital settings.
  -I haven't experienced rudeness from anyone.
  -The nurse has called me back each time I called.
  
  Shout out to Dr Horgan, the CT lady, the pre op nurse w the Hello Kitty stuff, and my surgical tech Stacy!

  Coming here is very convenient and they make me feel very comfortable. The entire team is very professional and organized. The facility is very clean and modern. I feel very comfortable and relaxed here. The hours of operation are very convenient for me and are easy to fit into my schedule. I would easily recommend coming here to anyone.
