Dana helped me design a beautiful vanity for my powder room. She was knowledgeable and responsive. The quality of the finished product is excellent.

Due to water damage we unexpectedly had to design a new kitchen. My husband and I feel blessed that Vicky Bauer was available the day we walked into the Cabinet Factory Outlet! WOW! Vicky was amazing to work with! She was patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and all with a smile! Her follow through was stellar throughout the two-months it took for us to complete our final design. If you want customer service, that is no less, then excellent, she is your gal! There is nothing like remodeling a kitchen during a pandemic but with the help of Holly & everyone else at CFO, I got a WONDERFUL new kitchen out of it. While we had some obstacles along the way, the staff at CFO were more than willing to go above & beyond to make ensure my satisfaction (even the owner came out to my house to make it right!!!). Now that is what I call customer service!!
