(August 30, 2019, 11:48 pm)Countryside's inclusiveness--its open and affirming welcome to all that enter its doors--is so refreshing in this time of divisiveness in our society. When my husband and I moved to Omaha 6 years ago and shortly thereafter became members at Countryside, we were quickly offered meaty, meaningful opportunities to be truly involved in the life of the church. Those opportunities brought us into contact with many other Countryside members, and we very quickly felt truly at home with our new church family. We love Countryside's involvement as a partner in the Tri-Faith Initiative, its exploration of faith from many perspectives through its Center for Faith Studies, it's outstanding music program, and its steady stream of make-you-think-about-how-you-live-your-life messages.
