I love the program and so happy I decided to join back in May. I love that most of them have been thru the program and can really give you ideas and help you stay on track. I would not be almost 50 pounds down if it was for their support and the online support!! Even on the days that I gained they are supportive and try to help figure out what might have caused the gain. I would recommend this program all day long!! Megan, Jessica and the entire staff are truly AMAZING!! Thank you!!

I have struggled through weight loss and have tried about every program out there over the years. This one is my FOREVER EATING PROGRAM for life! The plan is easy to follow with real food and the protein supplements from MRC help so much to support you during your journey. They are delicious and reasonable. I crave the vanilla drink in my coffee every morning! The staff is nothing short of amazing. They are so supportive because they are real MRC program followers themselves. They KNOW what you are going through, because they've been there and they've probably gone through it themselves. They give you ideas when you struggle and my favorite part - hold me accountable but in a "feel good" and not shaming way. Didn't sign up for your weekly meet? They are looking for you! I've NEVER been a part of a weight loss program where the staff really really care! A big shout out to Megan and all the others at MRC! You are the BEST!

I’ve lost over 100 lbs with MRC. The counselors are wonderful! They take time to talk to you if you need help with anything. The whole atmosphere is welcoming, non judgmental and very friendly! The plan really works!

I have struggled with my weight for years and have tried every diet plan under the sun. Since starting Metabolic Research I have lost 50 lbs in the last six months and feel great! The staff is professional and always willing to help with anything I may need. I will definitely recommend this program to friends and family and can't wait to loose the next 50 lbs and meet my goal!

I love the program .the staff is so caring about you. Program has helped me feel better about myself and has helped me with my cholesterol levels that have been very high . I have dropped down 10 and not have to be on medication. The support is so wonderful. I would recommend this program to my friends and family.
