The audiologist was thorough and clear in explaining my hearing evaluation. And if I don't like any of the accessories I bought with the hearing aids I can return them at any time within a six month period for a full refund. They will also give me small parts for the hearing aids for free! Gotta love Costco.
The staff are terrific and always helpful to my mother. They are very accommodating, knowledgeable and kind!
