Mike was outstanding! Talked me through the entire process, what the issue was, what issues it would cause if not fixed, and he had a great understanding of car motors. All the team members were professional and very courteous! Extremely trustworthy!! They did great work and it was done in a timely manner. RECOMMEND!!!!

Needed a tire repaired quickly because I was heading out of town the next day. After no luck at 5 other places, this Jensen got me in and out in less than an hour. Super friendly and helpful staff. I will return in the future!

Have a great team working on my Nissan Frontier. They were friendly and looked over everything I need to have done to be up to date on everything that needed to be done. I was surprised on how fast and efficient they were to have my truck ready to take home the same day.

I don’t write reviews but I want to share my experience. I took my car here for an oil change. They called a few hours later stating my car needed all sorts of different things done to it that would cost me around 2500 dollars. I don’t know much about cars but I know that my car didn’t need that stuff. They did say I needed my brakes repaired because the pads were at a “1-2” so I agreed to get those done. When I went to pick up my car my total was 1177 dollars. They had done all sorts of unnecessary things and did not let me know it would cost that much. I was blindsided. They gave me a 10 percent discount (probably because I was in tears). One star.

UPDATE:
Corporate office was very understanding and helpful after I posted this review. He apologized for the lack of communication about the cost. Jensen Tire does care about the service they give you. Four stars.
