“My son injured his thumb in a go cart accident late last night and I brought him to the ortho Nebraska urgent care this morning when they opened. They were able to get him in within 30 minutes and get x-rays. They were very thorough explaining the diagnosis and said we need to see the hand surgeon that was in clinic upstairs right away. They took us upstairs and worked us in within 20 minutes. Two hours later, our son was having surgery for a displaced proximal phalanx fracture. It was the absolute BEST care we could’ve ever received and all staff was so nice and friendly and helpful! Dr. Thompson came out and explained everything to me after surgery and what to expect. Our son is in recovery now and doing well. I would definitely recommend OrthoNebraska to anyone who needs orthopedic care!”

“I don’t understand some of the bad reviews on this place, I think with any apartment there always going to be issues. And more often than not people who have negative experiences feel compelled to leave a review versus people who are perfectly content. My husband and I have been living here for five months and we definitely prefer this place over all the other apartments we have lived. The buildings themselves might be a little bit dated, they have a few things wrong with them (tub doesn’t drain fast, floor creaky, hallway door slams) but our good experiences outweigh the bad. I appreciate the fact that there is a 24 hour maintenance call line. We had experienced a leak at one point during a storm, said leak was dripping down the wall into an electrical outlet- which is of course absolutely dangerous. We called the emergency maintenance line and then maintenance was here not but 10 minutes later to fix the leak! This was around 10pm at night. Most of our neighbors are kind and friendly; Not exceptionally loud and rowdy. We do have the neighbors Directly under us who are causing issues currently(being loud, dog barking, grilling below our balcony causing a fire hazard!) but the office staff is wonderful to work with, and I trust that they are taking care of it! They are working with me to resolve this to the best of their abilities. I would like to make a special acknowledgment of Sierra. She is an absolute angel! Literally one of the kindest people I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with. I have not personally met her because I am pretty much homebound due to medical issues and only go out when necessary. But she has helped me over the phone Various times and has been extremely knowledgeable when I have had questions. She is the individual my husband worked with when getting setup here; and he as well agrees that she It’s definitely an asset to the company. My husband and I have joked that if she ever leaves we’re moving out lol But I saw all the negative reviews and felt compelled to write my experience so far. The other reviews are still valid, I don’t want to discredit other people’s experiences! I am thankful that I definitely haven’t had any major issues thus far.”
