“Last week when the temperature hit 80 we went to turn on the AC on our heat pump. To find the in house temperature just kept raising in the house. Called Service One, the repairman was here well over an hour doing testing to get it running. He even called somebody for additional ideas. At this time both were on overtime. They did every test they could think of to get the heat pump running. They finally said that the condenser needed to be replaced. The repairman answered all of my questions about replacing the condenser vs installing a new heat pump. I decided to replace the heat pump since the heat pump was mfg 2008. The following Wednesday the heat pump was scheduled to be installed. The installers arrived on time went to work taking out the old heat pump to install the new heat pump. They worked diligently to install the new heat pump with no questions asked after I showed them where the thermostat, furnace and heat pump could be found. We are very happy with Service One.”
